The special model which is available on either the long or regular wheelbase Mulsanne or Mulsanne Speed was influenced by the 1930 8 Litre Bentley that W.O. used as his personal car. Its influence can be seen throughout the cabin as well as a Mulliner illuminated cocktail cabinet that features a display window with an image of the original crankshaft of the 8 Litre displayed inside.
W.O. is emblazoned in the shape of a B-shaped air vent on the chrome application through the back of the vehicle. the car's signature front grille designed following the 1930s-inspired Onyx color of the limited edition, and a chrome application that wraps around the lower spoilers left and right. The front grille is also a distinctive design, with chrome-colored shells replacing the body-color mesh of the Mulsanne. It also features the Flying B Logo.
A key box with the Bentley wings can hold two keys and has a black flock lining. individual key pouches are also available to match or contrast with the key box.
